SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping locations

We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union.If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at vanesaduskova@email.cz.

2. Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. In case of delays, we will inform you via email.

3. Delivery time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your order.

All prices shown in the store are final prices. The seller is not a VAT payer under Czech law.

5. Risk and transfer of goods

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer at the moment the customer (or a third party designated by the customer) takes physical possession of the goods.

6. Incorrect address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Unclaimed shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to failure to collect the parcel or incorrect address details, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the actual shipping costs incurred.

8. Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify the carrier immediately and contact us at vanesaduskova@email.cz without undue delay.
