1. Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you name, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

To withdraw, tell us clearly, for example by email to [email protected] with your order number. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to.

2. Sending the item back

Send the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us, to:

• Return shipping is paid by you.
• Please return the item complete and, if possible, in its original packaging.
• You are only responsible for loss of value caused by handling it more than needed to check its nature, characteristics and fit, as you would in a shop.

3. Refunds

We refund everything you paid, including the cost of our cheapest standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait until the item is back with us or you show proof of sending it, whichever comes first. The refund goes back to the card or wallet you paid with, at no cost to you. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

4. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your piece arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and photos. This is separate from the right of withdrawal and covered by your legal warranty, see our Terms.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• pieces made to your measurements or clearly personalised for you,
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery,
• other cases set by applicable law.
