Zásady vrácení peněz
1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier) receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example by email).

2. Returning goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us about your withdrawal.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Goods should be returned complete and, if possible, in their original packaging.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (as you would in a physical store).
3. Refunds
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately at vanesaduskova@email.cz. Your rights regarding defective goods are governed by applicable law and are separate from the right of withdrawal.
5. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised
- sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons
- other cases provided by applicable law
